Contractual framework
Access to the Pylote API is provided free of charge in exchange for the partner’s
commitment to implement profile-view tracking.
This tracking is an essential element of the contract’s balance.
The contract is for an indefinite term. Either party may terminate it with 30 days’
written notice.
Pylote may terminate the contract immediately and without notice in the event of a breach:
- Of the tracking obligation (Article 6)
- Of the upkeep of the Whitelist (Article 4)
- Of the data protection obligations (Article 12)
Documentation compliance
The technical documentation at https://documentation.client-p.pylote.io/
constitutes the technical reference for the API. It may evolve
to reflect API updates.
In the event of a substantial change (endpoints, data formats, authentication),
Pylote will notify you by email within a reasonable time before it goes live.
You have 15 days after notification to bring your integration
into compliance with the documentation in force. Beyond this deadline, Pylote may
suspend access to the API without compensation, or terminate the contract.
